Great, to have you here! We are looking forward to an open exchange with you and appreciate your honest feedback even if it should be critical. Of course, you can also praise us :-)
To make sure we all have heaps of fun on our Facebook site please respect our rules.
- Only post pictures, videos and other content if you own the necessary rights or if you are the originator.
- To protect yourself you shouldn’t publicly post any personal data as address, phone number, etc.
- Please note that the contribution from you or from other users not necessarily reflect the opinion of Ovomaltine, its employees or business partners.
- Always remain friendly and objective.
There is no space for insults, personal attacks or disparaging content - Insults, personal attacks or offensive content regarding gender, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, political beliefs, religion or culture will not be tolerated. The same applies for inappropriate, obscene, pornographic, misleading or illegal content.
- We like other products, but we still prefer our delicious Ovomaltine products. Content that directly or indirectly promotes third-party products is therefore also prohibited. The same goes for chain mail and spam.
- Actions that interfere with the functionality of Facebook or the Ovomaltine fan page are forbidden, as is uploading files that contain harmful viruses or similar.
- You do not have the right to use copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to Ovomaltine (e.g. logos) without Ovomaltine’s written consent. If you’re a huuuuuge Ovomaltine fan, you are, of course, welcome to contact us at any time. We will be happy to address your query.
- By using Facebook, you declare your consent to Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and Ovomaltine’s netiquette guidelines.
We reserve the right to immediately remove any content that does not comply with these guidelines.
Our team is available to respond to your query or feedback from Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm). If you write to us outside of these times, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Online Contest
All Contests are organized by Ovomaltine. Contests or giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.
All residents of the declared countries are eligible to participate, excluding WANDER AG employees and employees of companies commissioned by WANDER AG. Winners will be informed in writing. There will be no correspondence regarding the competition. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash.
There is no legal recourse. Competitions may be entered without having to order or purchase products. The deadline for participation in a competition will be declared in the context of each competition.
Prizes relating to participation in an event apply exclusively to the participant and cannot be transferred to third parties.
By participating in competitions that involve the submission of images, videos or text, you consent to the publication of your submission (photo, video, text, etc.) including your name by Ovomaltine/WANDER AG or partners commissioned by WANDER AG.
